Bollywood Actress Shamita Shetty and Shane Warne were reportedly seen getting cozy in a night club in S. Africa, resulting in rumors that the two may be an item.
The only thing that outshines the cricket playing abilities of Shane Warne is his knack for ending up in the tabloids.
According to reports, the story goes that recently the Australian cricketer was spotted with Bollywood’s own Shamita Shetty, cozying up in a night club in South Africa. When the two spotted the media at the club, Shamita took off out the back exit and not to return. Shamita is denying all the gossip revolving around this hookup.
We believe Shamita, although she may want to reconsider, because if she was Shane Warne’s Girlfriend they would make and adorable couple.

Rekha refuses to recieve lifetime achievement award..
Rekha's vanity is legendary, but this takes the cake. The Government of Maharashtra has changed the title of one of its awards because the diva was cautious of being branded as a has-been. Thus, while the Government of Maharashtra in all earnestness wished to honour the lady with a lifetime achievement award - monikered the Raj Kapoor Smriti Jeevan Gaurav Puraskar initially - it has had to re-title the escutcheon with a less older sounding Pratibha Gaurav Puraskar. Rekha, it seems, developed cold feet after reports started pouring out into the media about this lifetime achievement award. Says a source from the government, who did not wish to be named, "She called us and asked us to change the name of the award. She felt that a lifetime achievement award gives the illusion that all the work in one's career has been done. ‘I still have a lot of unfinished work' she said to us. We decided to change the name of the award."
The ceremony will be held in Pune on May 30, and will be graced by the Chief Minister Ashok Chavan and the Deputy Chief Minister, Chhagan Bhujbal.
The relatively younger Aamir Khan won the second award - the Raj Kapoor Smriti Vishesh Gaurav Puraskar. What the government also doesn't know is that Aamir Khan and Rekha can't stand each other's guts (her nakhras cost his father lakhs of rupees when making Locket in the late ‘80s; it is something Aamir, who is known to nurse grudges, has never forgiven her for). But maybe he'll overlook old grudges now that a lifetime has passed since. Wait a minute...

Salman welcomes Shahrukh in his show 10 ka Dum..
Seems that Salman is trying hard to change his image by putting his past behind and taking all the moves that increases his array of friends, though he has enough of them. His recent comments regarding his show 10 ka Dum, and his long time FRIEND(!) Shahrukh Khan just speaks volume of this.
"Salman is happy to make a comeback with 10 ka Dum as this shows the audience have loved him to the core, he says, If they wouldn’t have liked it, the channel surely would not have come out with the show again and mujhe toh bilkul nahi lete".
"I am my usual self on the show. I love interacting with the audience; I just like to talk to my fans."
“If the response for the second season is good, we will go ahead with the third and fourth season. I will not get bored of this show because I like it. I like the whole set-up and atmosphere, interaction with the audience and their reactions.”
Ask him whether he would like SRK as his celebrity guest, he says, “SRK is more than welcome if he agrees to come on the show. I do not have any problem with it. Even if I have, I cannot discuss with you.”
On a question about him turning more calm and cool now, he says, “But my mood depends on you [media]. Celebrities are always in a catch-22 situation. You keep writing false stories and when there is no reaction, the falsehood continues. If you react, more will be written.”

This is not the first time that he is being quizzed on his startling resemblance to Hollywood actor Barry Pepper. And this is certainly not his
first answer to the query.
Jimmy Sheirgill acknowledges that he is aware of comparisons looks wise, and reacts, “I’ve never
really looked at it that closely. Maybe, I’ll look into it sometime.”
As of now, all his time is being taken up by work — read Karan Johar’s My Name Is Khan. “I’ve
completed one schedule of the film and the next leg will be shot in the US,” confirms the actor, adding that he had always wanted to work with Karan. “There are certain film-makers you have heard about, but never got the chance to work with. It’s for the sake of this experience of being part of a Karan Johar film —- a director who’s known for his grandeur, drama and emotions onscreen,” he explains.
With the film being touted as the Next Big Thing in Bollywood, buzz is that Jimmy has replaced Aamir Bashir in it. Jimmy says, “I don’t know that. In fact, I’ve come to know about it from media reports. I was abroad and when I came back to Mumbai, Karan’s production house got in touch with me.” The dates were worked out, the script sent and he “just loved it”.
The actor also loved getting to work with King Khan again, post-Mohabbatein. “It was long overdue... Almost a gap of 10 years,” he says, while showering praises on SRK. “He is a wonderful human being and very caring too. I remember, during the shooting of Mohabbatein, he was almost like an elder brother to me,” Jimmy reminisces.
Apart from the KJo project, the actor has just canned the shots for Shoojit Sircar’s Johnny Mastana, which also boasts of Dia Mirza, Sarika and Big B. “ I play a henpecked husband,” Jimmy reveals, and adds that post My Name Is Khan, he will be doing Farhan Akhtar and Ritesh Sidhwani’s production, which is “titled Crooked as of now.” He has also blocked his dates for a Shoojit Sircar production after that.
Bollywood’s surely keeping him busy, but Jimmy has stuck to his itinerary of doing at least one Punjabi film a year. And two of his recent Punjabi releases have turned out to be blockbusters. “I do these film with a lot of passion and make sure that it’s clean entertainment,” quips Jimmy, adding that the difference between the Punjabi and Bollywood audience will merge soon. And with the stupendous success of his Punjabi films, Jimmy is being touted as a bankable star in the Punjabi film industry. One wonders if he would want a similar designation in Bollywood too.
“That would be every actor’s dream. But everything happens at the time when it’s destined to happen. For me, each character is a challenge and I need to make sure that I essay the role correctly,” contends the actor. After all, as he points out, he is an actor and “it’s my job to entertain”.

Rituparno Ghosh has undergone gender reassignment surgery! It's bizzare!!
Director Rituparno Ghosh, who has always been known to push the envelope whether it is in his films or in his personal life, has nevertheless taken most people by surprise with his entirely new style of dressing and his enviable weight loss.
He was recently spotted at a South Kolkata polling booth in an elegant kurta ensemble, complete with dupatta with a graciously draped turban which was very Rekha of the eighties. To his credit, he carried off the outfit with huge dollops of feminine grace.
But what was most surprising were the obvious breasts and feminine lines (slender shoulders, tiny waist) the director sported. When asked, he revealed that he had lost eight to ten kilos and added that it was deliberate. “To stay fit,” was his explanation.
To our comment that he looked very feminine, he retorted, “I don’t know about that, that’s your observation.”
He was, however, not willing to talk about the clearly visible breasts. “This is very obscene. It is an intrusion into my privacy. You are actually getting into a sensitive zone,” he thundered before hanging up on us.
